Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to My Membership Club (MMC), which is owned and operated by The Dispatcher LLC. MMC is a subscription-based software platform for cleaning businesses. By subscribing to MMC, you agree to the billing, cancellation, and refund terms described below.
Subscription Billing
MMC offers recurring monthly subscription plans that are billed automatically through Stripe.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize The Dispatcher LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until your subscription is cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To request cancellation, please contact us at [email protected].
Once your cancellation request has been processed:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- No future recurring charges will be made.
- Your account will automatically close at the end of your paid subscription period unless you reactivate it.
Because MMC provides immediate access to its features upon purchase, all subscription payments are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Partial use of a billing period
- Unused subscription time
- Early cancellation
- Failure to use the service after purchase
No prorated or partial refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error or notice an unauthorized charge, please contact us promptly at [email protected].
We will review the matter and, where appropriate, may issue a refund or account credit at our sole discretion.
Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be successfully processed:
- We may retry the payment using your payment method on file.
- Your account may be suspended until payment is successfully received.
- Continued payment failures may result in cancellation of your subscription.
Subscription Changes
We may update our subscription pricing or plans from time to time. If pricing changes affect your subscription, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the changes take effect.
Data Retention After Cancellation
After your subscription ends:
- Your account data will generally be retained for up to 90 days.
- During this period, you may contact us regarding your account.
- After the retention period, your account information may be permanently deleted unless we are required by law to retain certain records.
